Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to verification that the issue falls under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace the product for the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural variations or differences in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs. The receipt date is based on the delivery status provided by the shipping carrier.
Change-of-mind returns are separate from product warranty and are subject to specified return conditions.
Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, disliking the product, or not meeting needs, as these items are produced according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general returnable products, the item must be in its original condition or close to it when received, free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, including photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to continuously record a video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial basic tests, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made items have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
