Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery, with free replacement service in the event of manufacturing defects or flaws, subject to inspection and confirmation that the issue falls under the warranty terms.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status provided by the shipping carrier.
Change-of-mind returns are a separate right from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these items are produced according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general items that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying us of a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
We recommend customers record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing. Please retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made items have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and resolution process will still adhere to the warranty terms mentioned above.
