Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery, with a free replacement service in case of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and subject to inspection that confirms it falls under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by participating manufacturers or suppliers with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or differences of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status date provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as the product is manufactured according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to its original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspection, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to reach the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, according to the terms of the order and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has manufacturing defects, or does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, along with photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record continuous video from the start of opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be in accordance with the warranty conditions above.
