Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, with a service for free replacement in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, provided they are found to be within the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from use, nor damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt is based on the delivery status provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it when received, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment of opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and initial use, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
