Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and confirmation that the issue falls under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs. The receipt date will be based on the delivery status provided by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from the product warranty and must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products eligible for return, the item must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order terms and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the start of unpacking, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and resolution will still adhere to the above warranty conditions.
