Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, including a free replacement service for any damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and verification under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace the product for the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper application, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping service provider.
Change-of-mind returns are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change-of-mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the item must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to reach the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, with manufacturing defects, or that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, providing photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record continuous video from the start of unboxing, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
