Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery and a free replacement service in case of manufacturing defects or flaws, provided they are verified to be within the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural variations or differences in material, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status date provided by the shipping carrier.
Change-of-mind returns are separate from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that are eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition or close to it upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the above warranty conditions.
