Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, provided they are inspected and confirmed to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to proceed with inspection and product replacement for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance methods, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from use, including damage that occurs after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status provided by the shipping service.
Change-of-mind returns are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to its original condition when received, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspection, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing defect, or is not as ordered, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
It is recommended that customers record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
