Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a warranty for 2 years from the date of product delivery, along with free product replacement in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and upon verification that the conditions of the warranty are met.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers participating with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, impacts, or normal wear and tear from use, including damage incurred after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from product warranty and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the terms of the order and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to record continuous video from the start of opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage from shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
