Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, with free replacement service in the event of manufacturing defects or flaws, provided they are inspected and found to be covered under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by a manufacturer or supplier participating with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized alteration or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, impacts, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural variations or differences in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service.
Returns due to change of mind are separate from product warranty and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been altered, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to continuously video record from the start of unboxing, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the event that custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
