Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a service for free product replacement in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, provided that it is inspected and found to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by Mulroom's partner manufacturers or suppliers. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from use, nor damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns must be inspected and meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspection, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, according to the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
