Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of product delivery, with a service of free product replacement in the event of manufacturing defects or flaws that are found to be covered under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized alteration or repair, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or differences in materials such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping service provider.
Change-of-mind returns are separate from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been altered, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying us of a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to be credited to the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the terms of the order and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take continuous video from the moment the packaging is opened, inspecting the product, and performing initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
