Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, provided they are inspected and confirmed to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by participating manufacturers or suppliers in partnership with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, impacts, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs. The receipt date will be based on the shipping status provided by the carrier.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it when received, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to continuously video record from opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and troubleshooting will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
