Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery and a free replacement service in case of defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and verification that the issue falls within the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by a manufacturer or supplier partnering with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace the product for the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the item, or if the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt is based on the delivery status provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, not wanting the item, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the item must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or on their card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment of opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and conducting initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
