Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in case of defects or flaws due to manufacturing or materials, and verified to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to investigate and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or wear and tear from normal use, as well as damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are separate from product warranty and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it when received, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive products damaged during shipping, products with manufacturing defects, or products not matching your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
We recommend customers record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial basic testing, and keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the above warranty conditions.
