Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service if manufacturing defects or flaws are found and confirmed to be covered under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers participating with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status date provided by the shipping carrier.
Change-of-mind returns are a separate right from product warranty, and products must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns must undergo inspection and comply with specified conditions.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, according to the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has manufacturing defects, or is not as ordered, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible with photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take a continuous video from the start of unboxing, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
