Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery, along with free product replacement in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and verified to be within the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by participating manufacturers or suppliers with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace the product for the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or wear and tear from normal use, including damage incurred after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt will be based on the delivery status provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to a change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded in cases of a change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as the product has been manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Reporting a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and comply with specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or credit card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the case of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
