Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in the event of defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and confirmation that the claim falls within the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by participating manufacturers or suppliers. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to proceed with inspection and product replacement for the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, impacts, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date as per the shipping carrier's status.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded in cases of change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it when received, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to be credited to the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has manufacturing defects, or does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take a continuous video from the moment the packaging is opened, inspect the product, and perform initial functional tests, and to retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
