Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service for defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and verification under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers participating with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or differences in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, according to the terms of the order and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record continuous video from the moment of opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and performing initial basic tests, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the case of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage from shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
