Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, including a free replacement service for defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and verification under warranty terms.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to facilitate inspection and replacement for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping service provider.
Change-of-mind returns are a separate right from product warranty, and the product must meet specified return conditions.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change-of-mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the item must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Submitting a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order terms and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take continuous video from the start of unboxing, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the event that a custom-made product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, the warranty and resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
