Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, with a free replacement service in case of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and verified to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date as per the shipping service provider's status.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from product warranty, and the product must meet specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded in cases of change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it when received, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must be inspected and meet the specified conditions.
