Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, including a free replacement service for any defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and confirmation that they meet the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to process inspections and replacements for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service provider.
Change-of-mind returns are a separate right from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying us of a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or an item that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
We recommend customers record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial checks, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
