Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in case of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and upon verification that the issue falls under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to investigate and replace the product for the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from use, as well as damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to change of mind are separate from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details selected or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to its original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying us of a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process a refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to reach the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record continuous video footage from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial tests, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the case of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage from shipping, the warranty and resolution will still adhere to the above warranty conditions.
