Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, with free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and upon verification that the conditions of warranty are met.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by a manufacturer or supplier collaborating with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace the product for the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to its original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been altered, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Submitting a return request within 7 days does not imply automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspection, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to be credited to the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
We recommend customers continuously video record from the start of unboxing, product inspection, and initial use, and retain packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
