Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, with free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and verified to be within the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from use, nor damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been altered, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns must be inspected and meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, according to the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has manufacturing defects, or does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and resolution will still adhere to the above warranty conditions.
