Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service for defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and verification that the issue falls under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers participating with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to conduct inspections and arrange replacements for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, impacts, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to be credited to the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, according to the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has manufacturing defects, or does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take continuous video from the moment the packaging is opened, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the case of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
