Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, with a service of free product replacement in the event of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and verified to be covered under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to process inspections and product replacements for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date as per the shipping service provider's status.
Returns due to a change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspection, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to take continuous video from the moment the packaging is opened, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, while retaining all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
