Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service for defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and verification under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by participating manufacturers or suppliers. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to conduct inspections and process replacements for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt is based on the delivery status provided by the shipping carrier.
Change-of-mind returns are separate from product warranties, and the product must meet specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details selected or confirmed by the customer.
For general products eligible for return, the item must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying us of a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for review.
We recommend customers record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, while retaining all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
