Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery, with free replacement service in case of defects or flaws due to manufacturing or materials, and upon verification that they meet the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and completing the inspection, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the terms of the order and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive products damaged during shipping, with manufacturing defects, or that do not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
We recommend customers record a continuous video from the moment of opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and basic testing, and keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the case of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, the warranty and resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
