Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, including a free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, provided they pass inspection and fall under the warranty terms.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural variations or differences in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt will be based on the delivery status provided by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition or close to its original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process a refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty terms mentioned above.
