Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery, with a service for free replacement in case of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and verified to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from use, including damage incurred after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from product warranty, and the product must meet specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind, not wanting the product, or if it does not meet needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, shipping costs for the return and associated expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with a manufacturing defect, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, including photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take continuous video from the moment the packaging is opened, inspecting the product, and conducting initial testing, while keeping the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the above warranty conditions.
