2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service for defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, provided that inspection confirms the issue is covered under warranty.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt will be based on the delivery status provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For standard products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All return cases are subject to inspection and must comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to reach the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be in accordance with the warranty conditions stated above.
