Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, including free product replacement in cases of manufacturing defects or flaws, provided they pass inspection and fall under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers in partnership with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural variations or differences in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status provided by the shipping service provider.
Change-of-mind returns are separate from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting expectations, as these products are produced according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying us of a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, with a manufacturing defect, or if the product does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial checks, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
