Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service for defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and verification under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status date provided by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to change of mind are separate from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details selected or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or as close to the original condition as possible upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must be inspected and comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspection, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or an item that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, including photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to record continuous video from the beginning of unboxing, checking the product, and initial testing, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
