Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, with free replacement service in case of defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, and upon verification that they fall under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers participating with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damages occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status date provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are separate from product warranty and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and associated expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial checks, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the event that a custom-made product has manufacturing defects or is damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be in accordance with the warranty conditions mentioned above.
