2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of product delivery, including free replacement service for defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, provided they are verified to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt is based on the delivery status provided by the shipping service provider.
Change-of-mind returns are separate from product warranty and the product must meet specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change-of-mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details selected or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to take a continuous video from the moment the package is opened, inspecting the product, and performing initial testing, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and resolution will still be subject to the warranty conditions stated above.
