Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, provided they are verified to meet the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition or close to its original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or an item that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take continuous video footage starting from opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
