Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery, along with a service for free product replacement in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and after verification that they fall under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct manufacturer of furniture. Each product is sourced and manufactured by participating manufacturers or suppliers with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from use, including damage that occurs after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are separate from product warranty and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded in cases of change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to its original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, according to the terms of the order and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing defect, or is not as ordered, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, along with photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to take a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial checks, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
