Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in cases of manufacturing defects or flaws in materials, provided that these are verified to be covered under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finishes, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the item, or if the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt is based on the delivery status provided by the shipping service provider.
Change-of-mind returns are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the item, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the item must be in its original condition or close to it when received, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying for a return within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and completing the inspection, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order terms and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
