Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in case of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, provided they are inspected and found to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damages occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt is based on the delivery status provided by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to a change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made or Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind, not wanting the product, or if it does not meet needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been altered, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the terms of the order and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible with photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing. Please retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
