Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery, with a service of free replacement in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and after verification that they fall under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and is not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers participating with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, impacts, or normal wear and tear from use, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, not wanting the product, or it not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspection, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to be credited to the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
