Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with free replacement service for defects or flaws arising from manufacturing or materials, provided they are verified to fall under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural variations or differences in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.
Change-of-mind returns are a separate right from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible with photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to take continuous video from the moment the packaging is opened, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the event of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping for custom-made products, the warranty and resolution will still adhere to the above warranty conditions.
