Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, with free replacement service in case of defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, and verified to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or differences in materials such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service.
Returns due to change of mind are separate from product warranty and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to reach the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, according to the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive products damaged during shipping, products with manufacturing defects, or products not matching your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, along with photos and videos for verification.
It is recommended that customers continuously record a video from the beginning of opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and initial testing, while keeping the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
