Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery, with a free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and confirmation that the product meets the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each product is sourced and manufactured by partnering manufacturers or suppliers. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or differences in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs. The date of receipt is based on the delivery status provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to reach the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to change of mind, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the terms of the order and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record continuous video from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the case of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage from shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
