Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, including a free replacement service for defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and verification under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finishes, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are separate from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products eligible for return, the item must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with specified conditions.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or an incorrect item, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to continuously video record from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial checks, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made items have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the above warranty conditions.
