Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery, with a service for free product replacement in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and verified to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by participating manufacturers or suppliers with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, impacts, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or differences in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, referencing the delivery status date from the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not imply automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to be credited to the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged by shipping, with manufacturing defects, or that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record continuous video from the start of opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the case of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage from shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the warranty conditions above.
