Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection and verification under warranty terms.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct manufacturer of furniture. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers collaborating with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date indicated by the shipping service provider.
Change-of-mind returns are a separate right from product warranty, and products must meet specified return conditions.
Custom-made/made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that are eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition or as close to original condition as possible upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for funds to appear in the customer's bank account or on their card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, providing photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take continuous video footage from the moment of unboxing, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain all packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
