Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, provided they pass inspection and fall under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to conduct inspections and arrange product replacements for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, impacts, or normal wear and tear from use, including damage incurred after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, providing photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the moment of unboxing, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
