Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in case of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and upon verification that they meet the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers participating with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to process inspections and product replacements for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from use, nor damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status date provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to a change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to specific sizes, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to its original condition upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not guarantee automatic approval. All returns must be inspected and meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, shipping costs for returning the product and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, according to the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take continuous video from the start of unpacking, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
