Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery, with a free replacement service for defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, subject to inspection to ensure they meet warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to conduct inspections and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date according to the shipping provider's status.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must comply with the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it upon receipt, without scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Requesting a return within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and comply with the specified conditions.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match the order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to continuously video record from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the above warranty conditions.
